In order to facilitate new employees to get familiar with and be adapted to the environment of the group company and their positions, the group company office organized 2010 Phase I New Employee Induction Training in Floor 35, Beijing Fortune Plaza. 9 new employees participated in the training.

At 9:00 A.M. of August 14, 2010, a unique indoor simulated tennis game was organized in China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company. Members of finance working group of the group company and all staff from China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company participated in the game.

On September 15, 2010, the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of China Hyway Group Limited was solemnly held in Guinea.

On the afternoon of September 8, 2010, a group led by Wang Gefan, Director of China Development Bank International Cooperation Service Bureau, made an investigation trip to Angola and organized 7 Chinese enterprises in Angola, i.e. CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., Huaxi-Haishan Joint Venture, China Railway 13th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd., Sinohydro Corporation Limited and China Hyway Group Limited, and all staff from Angola Office of China Development Bank to convene a forum. The forum was presided over by Mr. Wu Hengyue, Vice-president of CDB Hubei Branch. Mr. Zou Chuanming, counselor of Economic and Commercial Counselors Office of the the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Angola, also attended the forum.

On the morning of September 10, 2010, conference hall of Lei Jun-CA were packed. Mr. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager Assistant & Office Director of the group company took advantage of the time on Angola’s business trip to give a lecture on all management staff of the company.

On August 3, 2010, a group of four, including Hu Xiangsheng, Deputy General Manager of the group company, Zheng Xucheng, General Manager Assistant & Office Director of the group company and Wang Xinling, Director of Supervision and Auditing Department of the group company, visited Hyway Mongolia Limited for inspection and instruction.

On the afternoon of August 11, 2010, Signing Ceremony of Ethiopian Special Insurances Project under the cooperation of China Hyway Group Limited and CITIC Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as CITIC) was grandly held in Tianjin CPPCC Club.

On the morning of July 16, 2010, the group company office organized a training on official document writing skills for staff of Hyway (China) Co., Ltd. The training took place in the conference room of Hyway (China) Co., Ltd. with Mr. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager Assistant & Office Director of the group company, as the lecturer.

On July 15, 2010, Mr. José Joao Kuvingua, Deputy Minister of Transport of Angola, together with Mr. Daniel Quipaxe, newly-elected Director of the Railway Bureau, and other government officials, inspected China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company and made a four-day investigation on the 1000km railway lines of Mocamedes Railway.

On July 10, 2010, construction of Hyway Mongolia Limited Base was officially commenced in SONGINO HAIRHAN duureg 20 Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.
