   Jiangsu People’s Ecological Development and Construction Co., Ltd. was established in September 2011 with registered capital of USD62,330,000. The Company is a sino-foreign joint venture established by China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation, China Hyway Group Limited and Zhenjiang Xinminzhou Administrative Committee. 

   The Company is located in Zhenjiang City Jingkou District Xinminzhou Town and is adjacent to Yangzhou City Guangling District. The Company, as an only governmental-platform organization, is entrusted by Xinminzhou Administrative Committee to conduct land consolidation and attracting investments in Xinminzhou Town (9.7 square meters).

   The Company has always adhered to the objective of “serving society, benefiting employees and building future together”, taken on the mission of “assisting government to create ecological park and providing investors with better service” and vigorously advocated the spirit of “integrity, unity, practicability, innovation”. Based on model of “one town, one park, one base”, the Company aims to create a ecological town combined with health care and elderly care, landscape (tourism), leisure, commercial real estate, etc. according to circumstances.
