On the afternoon of September 8, 2010, a group led by Wang Gefan, Director of China Development Bank International Cooperation Service Bureau, made an investigation trip to Angola and organized 7 Chinese enterprises in Angola, i.e. CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., Huaxi-Haishan Joint Venture, China Railway 13th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd., Sinohydro Corporation Limited and China Hyway Group Limited, and all staff from Angola Office of China Development Bank to convene a forum. The forum was presided over by Mr. Wu Hengyue, Vice-president of CDB Hubei Branch. Mr. Zou Chuanming, counselor of Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of the the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Angola, also attended the forum.

     Entrusted by Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman & General Manager of the group company, Mr. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager Assistant & Office Director of the group company, made a splendid speech on development plan and business expansion of China Hyway Limited in the forum, which aroused high attentions from the participants. Director Wang Gefan showed deep interest in mineral resources development project, overseas RMB loan service and agriculture development project of China Hyway Limited, recognized achievements of the group company and expressed high expectations on its future development.
