Construction of Hyway Mongolia Limited Base Officially Commenced

On July 10, 2010,  construction of Hyway Mongolia Limited Base was officially commenced in SONGINO HAIRHAN duureg 20 Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.

    Hyway Mongolia Limited Base extends an area of about 20,000m2. It is generally planned to build the base into the one that combines warehouse logistics, processing & production and living & office. The construction will be completed in two phases. The first phase will focus on maintenance and reconstruction of the site of 10,000m2 with a investment of USD170,000; once completed, it will be able to satisfy needs of warehouse logistics and living & office of the company. In the second phase, remaining 10,000m2 will be used for construction based on subsequent business need of the company and it is planned to build a production and storage warehouse in the phase II site.
    To construct Hyway Mongolia Limited Base is an important decision made by Hyway Mongolia Limited to promote production and operation, expand Mongolia market, guarantee employees’ life and optimize office environment. The company has started base construction since December 2009. After site selection, purchase & transfer, construction bidding, etc., the company entered into and concluded the Phase I Maintenance & Reconstruction Contract with Mongolian New Era Construction & Installation Co., Ltd., which officially opened the prelude of base construction. After being constructed, the base will be the command center, warehouse logistics center and logistics service center of the company in Mongolia and provide important guarantee for business development, logistics service and living & office of the company in Mongolia.

    Currently, Mongolian New Era Construction & Installation Co., Ltd. has officially moved to the base and partial projects for construction of the base have been fully launched. It is expected that the Phase I construction be completed in the first ten days of September, 2010.
