2010 Phase I New Employee Induction Training of the Group Company Successfully Concluded

     In order to facilitate new employees to get familiar with and be adapted to the environment of the group company and their positions, the group company office organized 2010 Phase I New Employee Induction Training in Floor 35, Beijing Fortune Plaza. 9 new employees participated in the training.

     During the training, Ms. Mao Hong, Deputy Director of the group company office, made a detailed introduction on development history, enterprise culture, organizational structure, strategic planning and prospect of the group company. She said, “enterprise culture is the soul of an enterprise and the inexhaustible driving force of enterprise development. Hyway culture is the combination of general consciousness, values, professional ethics, code of conduct and principles formed during long-term work practices of Hyway people. I hope each of you identify with and accept Hyway culture and integrate into the Hyway family as soon as possible.” Then, Mr. Wu Shunli, HR Specialist of the group company, provided training on professional quality cultivation for the staff.

     Via this training, new employees gained a deep understanding of the group company and generated a sense of identity, belonging, pride, responsibility and mission toward the group company. Besides, their ideological and professional quality was improved, sense of responsibility enhanced. They were adapted to the role as a part of Hyway and laid a solid foundation for future work.
