The KKIP affordable housing project in Sabah, Malaysia will be constructed in three phases with a total area of about 182,000 square meters. At present, the first phase (currently under construction) covers an areas of 69,000 square meters around, including eight buildings, 16 floors and a 6-floor centralized parking building. It is totally 2,171 units. For now, the project is in the stage of completion of bored pile construction, temporary construction and underground structure design of residential buildings.
