The latest poll shows that most of African people thin China’s investment in the African continent is reliable and makes contributions to creation of more jobs in Africa.

      The latest poll, named “African people’s opinions on China’s Investment in Africa” and surveyed in 15 African countries in 2013, shows that most of African people welcome China’s investment in Africa. This poll was supported by Global Compact Network under Kenyan Manufacturers Association and conducted by South Africa Ethics Research Institute. This poll aims to provide the factual base for dialogue between the African countries and the Chinese Government and enterprises.

      The poll shows that among all interviewed African countries, Kenya gives the most positive appraisal to China’s investment; 75% of respondents think China’s investment has a positive effect on Africa and 23% think Chinese enterprises follow the principles of fairness and just and never do corruptions.
