On November 5, 2018, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Hyway Group and China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing.    

China Hyway Group made and entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China Railway 21st Bureau

The two parties aim to establish comprehensively strategic cooperation partnerships on the principles of “complementary advantages, common development, good faith cooperation, win-win and mutual benefit”. The two parties will give play to their advantages in resources, business, etc. to further expand the cooperation fields and, based on the market demands and mutual willingness, provide the other party with cooperation opportunities in priority.

Liu Daiwen, Chairman of Hyway Group, delivered a speech at the ceremony and said that Hyway Group is willing to give full play to its advantages, strengthen the strategic cooperation with China Railway 21st Bureau in various fields in a way that the two parties explore cooperation models in various kinds by means of advantages in management, technologies, market, etc. so as to achieve win-win and common development.
