News of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company On April 29, 2011, China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company (hereinafter referred to as Mocamedes Railway Project Company) convened monthly production meeting of Mocamedes Railway Project in  Mucanca，Tchioco Lubango, Huila Province, Angola. Leaders from functional departments of Mocamedes Railway Project Company and persons in charge of 20 construction units attended the meeting and signed the China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company Work Safety Objective Responsibility (hereinafter referred to as the Responsibility) with Mocamedes Railway Project Company.

     The Responsibility includes 8 chapters and 40 articles. It elaborates work safety responsibilities from 8 aspects, i.e. control objective, scope of application, subject of liability & division of responsibility, construction safety management, employee personal safety management, safety management of materials and mechanical equipment, traffic safety management and reward & punishment system, and specifies the subject of safety liability and reward & punishment method during whole construction period. Signing of the Responsibility not only facilitates decomposition and implementation level by level of work safety index of Mocamedes Railway Project Company but also gives each employee of Mocamedes Railway Project Company a clear understanding of the safety responsibilities so that work safety responsibilities can be performed in an all-round manner and enterprise safety be ensured.
