News of China Hyway Group Limited Ethiopia Road Project Company On April 19 to April 20, 2011, Mr. Jussi, leader from World Bank, and high-level officials from Ethiopian Roads Authority inspected construction site of Gedo-Nekempte road upgrading project, accompanied by Wu Dabing, Deputy General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited, Wang Huaizhi, Executive Deputy General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Ethiopia Road Project Company, the Project Director, the Deputy Director and other relevant personnel.

     During the inspection, Mr. Jussi, leader from World Bank, and high-level officials from Ethiopian Roads Authority recognized and praised construction quality, safety and environment management of Gedo-Nekempte road project and expressed confidence in ability of China Hyway Group Limited Ethiopia Road Project Company to fulfill the construction within contract period.

     After the inspection, Mr. Jussi presided over a conclusion meeting to explain issues related to project implementation and gave feasible advice. Mr. Jussi said, “Gedo-Nekempte road project is of great significance for building convenient, smooth, efficient and safety transport system in Ethiopia and driving development of local economy. Hereby, I want to extend my gratitude to China Hyway Group Limited for its huge contributions made to Ethiopia people and hope continue cooperation with the company whenever possible.”
