News of Ethiopia Road Project Company On April 6, 2011, China Hyway Group Limited Ethiopia Road Project Company convened the construction mobilization meeting of “climaxing construction and working energetically for 60 days”. Attendees include Wu Dabing, Zheng Xucheng, leaders of the group company, Wang Xinling, Director of Supervision & Auditing Department of the group company, Shi Zhiyou, Miu Huiwen, Deputy Directors of Engineering & Project Control Department, Xu Liang, General Manager of Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd., Wang Huaizhi, Executive Deputy General Manager of Ethiopia Road Project Company, Guo Xiqing, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer, Yao Jiyu, Deputy General Manager, etc.

     In the meeting, Mr. Wang Huaizhi took the lead and conducted on-site mobilization calling upon all construction staff to transform idea, identify objective and responsibilities, unite each other to overcome difficulties, ensure quality and progress and be determined to fulfill Gedo—Nekemt road project so as to lay a solid foundation for steady development of the group company in Ethiopia. Then, Mr. Wu Dabing delivered the speech “unit as one, overcome hardships, climax construction and absolutely change the situation”. He requested employees to accomplish the goal of changing image in 15 days, making a difference in 30 days, absolutely transforming the situation in 60 days and conducting construction in all-round manner in rainy season. After that, Mr. Zheng Xucheng made a speech on behalf of the group company.
      Mr. Zheng Xucheng conveyed cordial greetings and expectations of Liu Daiwen, Chairman & General Manager of the group company and then, gave suggestions on construction management of the project. He mentioned that fulfillment of Gedo—Nekemt road project is directly related to long-term development of the group company in Ethiopia, so each one shall have crisis awareness as treading on thin ice, get a clear understanding of the situation, identify the responsibilities, make careful arrangement, scientific planning and fine management, know engineering characteristics and seek a breakthrough. He also requested the employees to enhance quality and skills, be clear about their responsibilities and continuously improve work ability and efficiency to establish a good enterprise and personal image.
        Wang Xinling, Director of Supervision & Auditing Department of the group company, Guo Xiqing, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer, Yao Jiyu, Deputy General Manager, and other leaders also proposed requirements for project implementation and management; all participating units took the oaths saying that they will spare no effort to complete the construction and contribute to development of the group company.
