At 15:00 on January 28, 2011, 2010 Work Report Meeting of Head Office of China Hyway Group Limited was held at the Conference Room on the 2nd floor of Lixing Hotel located at Hujialou, Chaoyang District, Beijing. More than 20 persons including some members of the leading group of Hyway Group and the middle management and staff of the Head Office of Hyway Group were present at the meeting.
     The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager and General Office Director of Hyway Group, and began with the speeches delivered by the managers of each department.  Firstly, related managers made reports on their work; then the members from the Salary and Performance Committee graded their work reports and the Chairman gave the comments. The Chairman said that the report on work is not only a summary of the work in 2010 and an outlook of that in 2011 but also the epitome of Hyway Group on strengthening the management of middle management and improvement of execution and work efficiency and even an important measure to ensure the continuity of the Group’s development strategy, which guides the development goal of Hyway Group and gives constructive opinions on further work. Besides, the Chairman pointed out that although we have made certain achievements in 2010, there are also many problems. First, the management level, responsibility performance and communication, coordination, execution, etc. need to be improved; second, officer and worker assessment and training on and implementation of financial system need to be enforced; three, bold management is still poor; four, the habit of summarizing work experience should be formed; the Chairman hoped that the manager of each department should pay great attention to the above problems and bear responsibilities to carry out management in a bold and sound manner in the future so as to bring the management work of 2011 to a new level. On the meeting, the Chairman made arrangements in respect to the business target and plan, corporate culture construction, etc. of Hyway Group in 2011. 
     Finally, Mr. Zheng Xucheng made a summary speech. He said you should think about and deeply understand the spirit of the speech given by the Chairman, identify the shortcomings by reference to the problems and grow during the process finding, solving and correcting the problems; all of you should perform the position responsibilities in the future, continuously improve the understanding of the corporate culture, improve the management ability, make exploration boldly and do the best to complete the work assigned by Hyway Group; and he said he believes Hyway Group will make greater development in 2011 with your joint efforts.
