On August 26, 2010, Suzhou Ding Ming Real Estate Co., Ltd. was successfully registered in Suzhou and all relevant registration procedure was completed.

   Suzhou Ding Ming Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary operated and registered after completion of headquarters building project of the group company. Its business scope involves development, construction, operation, lease, property management and consulting service of stores, ordinary office building, hotels and other commercial real estates.

   Suzhou Ding Ming Real Estate Co., Ltd. formally commenced registration in December 2009. Under arrangement of leaders of the group company and substantial support and cooperation of all departments under the group company, related personnel from the Engineering and Project Control Department communicated with related organs of Suzhou government on many occasions, finally completed the registration procedure on August 26, 2010, obtained Certificate of Approval (issued by the foreign economic and trade agency), Business License, Tax Registration Certificate and Organization Code Certificate and have official seal, contract seal, corporate seal and tax seal engraved.
