On August 10, 2010, land transfer procedure for headquarters building project of the group company was officially completed. The headquarters site of the group company is located at the east of Wenling Road, North of Chunshenhu Road, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou and expands an area of 12703m^2. On September 25, 2009, the group company completed land auction procedure and obtained land use right of the site. Later on, arranged by leaders of the group company, the Engineering and Project Control Department started to go through procedure related to headquarters building project and the site. After communicating with related organs of Suzhou government for several times, the group company officially completed land transfer procedure on August 10, 2010 and obtained the Confirmation of Land Delivery.

     Success in completing land delivery procedures related to site of headquarters building project of the group company marks beginning of construction of the headquarters and a great step taken toward great-leap-forward development.
