News of China Hyway Group Limited At 1:00 P.M. of February 9, 2010, 2009 Work Report Meeting of Senior Management of China Hyway Group Limited was held in Jiuhua Hall, Anhui Tower, Beijing. 40 employees, including leaders from the group company (Liu Daiwen, Hu Xiangsheng, Zeng Biao, Si Xubin, Zheng Xucheng, Wu Dabing, Zhou Hang, Wei Ruihai, Huang Hai, Xu Liang, Li Hui, Wang Jing, Luo Qinyu, Lu Changping, Yang Yuanfa, Ni Feng, Yao Ke, etc.), headquarters staff and management above middle level from China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company attended the meeting.

     Presided over by Mr. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager Assistant & Office Director of the group company, the meeting started with speeches from the senior management. Work reports were made at first; then, the compensation and performance committee scored each employee who made the work report based on the report contents; finally, the Chairman made comments and closing remarks on the meeting. The Chairman said that what the group company achieved in 2009 is closely related to endeavors of each senior manager, each department and each subsidiary. He wished that those present shall conduct proper management and decisions to push 2010 management into a new level.
