News of China Hyway Group Limited  From February 7 to February 8, 2010, Middle and Senior Officer Management Improvement Class of China Hyway Group Limited was opened successfully in Anhui Tower, Beijing. Participants consist of 48 employees, including leaders from the group company (Liu Daiwen, Hu Xiangsheng, Zeng Biao, Si Xubin, Zheng Xucheng, Wu Dabing, Zhou Hang, Wei Ruihai, Huang Hai, Xu Liang, Li Hui, Wang Jing and Luo Qinyu), headquarters staff and management above middle level from China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company.

     Mr. Liu Hui, President of Hong Kong Human Resource Certification Center, Chairman of Yihui Investment Co., Ltd. & initiator of enterprise talent replication system, was invited to give lectures. The training course revolves around “senior and middle officer management improvement” and consists of five parts, i.e. basic knowledge, self management, work management & staff management and leadership improvement, to provided a large number of cases and group competition and simulated training activities. Trainees were deeply benefited.

Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of the group company, praised the training and hoped that all staff, especially the middle and senior management, carefully study the course contents and make efforts to improve their communication skills and management level to play their due roles in promoting fast and health development of the group company.
