News of Mocamedes Railway (Mocamedes Railway Comprehensive Office  Xu Ruofei) From March 4 to March 5 of 2010, a group of 10, consisting of leaders and supervisors from Angola Railway Bureau, took the train to inspect Mocamedes Railway Overhaul Project, accompanied by leaders of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company.

    This inspection starts with Matala Station through Dongo, Yamba(sub-line), Kuvango, etc. to end up with Kuxi Station. The whole trip is about 300km. Each time the train arrived at a station, leaders of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, i.e. Xue Zhongchun, Wang Huaizhi, Guo Xiqing, Qi Feng, etc., would take the initiative to introduce housing building, road maintenance, ballast laying and other situation to the owner and supervision unit and patiently answer any questions raised by them. When passing DK508-DK562 section, the train reached 85km/h (the section was maintained via maintenance equipment and had a good condition). Once Director Yuan of the Dispatch Room declared the speed per hour, the passengers burst out applauses.

   After the inspection, Leaders and supervision representatives of Angola Railway Bureau held a discussion. They expressed satisfaction toward construction quality, management level, etc. of Mocamedes Railway Overhaul Project and deep respect for staff of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company who stuck to posts regardless of conditions of the rainy season, cash flow difficulty of the construction site and other adverse factors.
