The 11^th day of November signals the independence of Angola. To applaud for the day, the “Jimei University - China Hyway International Class”, organized by Overseas Education School of the University, opened a unique and warm celebration.

   At the beginning of the celebration, students of “Jimei University - China Hyway International Class” from Angola gathered under the flag of Angola, solemnly sang the national anthem to mark the 39th anniversary of the country's independence. '

   The focus of the celebration is the University’s leader passed on the consideration and blessings of Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of China Hyway Group Limited, for students from Angola, and announced the Group would grant RMB 1,000 to every Angolan student per month as living allowance during their five-year learning period (total budget more than RMB 2 million)! Hearing this message, those students felt joyful and grateful. They cheered in their awkward Chinese, “Thanks for China Hyway, and Mr. Liu Daiwen!”

   At the end of the celebration, the students from Angola sang and danced with their Chinese tutors, spending a relaxing evening.
