(Photographed and drafted by Zhang Chunming) On September 12, TEDA Administrative Commission and China Hyway Group Limited co-held a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement on investment and Xu Hongxing, the Director of TEDA (Nangang Industrial Zone) Administrative Commission and the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group, met with Liu Daiwen, Chairman of China Hyway Group Limited, and other officers of the company. Lang Dong, Deputy Director of TEDA (Nangang Industrial Zone) and Jia Shouyue, Deputy Inspector, were present during the meeting and the signing ceremony.

    During the meeting, Xu Hongxing remarked, “China Hyway Group Limited is a large-scale group with diversified business, which has rapid development in international trade, logistics, international engineering, etc. For implementation of “Go Global” strategy, the company took part in the international competition to seize the international market and to enhance its international competitiveness. China Hyway Group Limited has already invested to establish Tianjin Leijun Investment Holding Co., Ltd. in TEDA. This time, the company will invest to establish a north headquarter with foreign capital, which demonstrates trust and support for TEDA. We will provide superior service, continue to improve soft investment environment and facilitate faster and better development of enterprises.

    It is known that China Hyway Group Limited will establish north headquarter with foreign capital with the registered capital of RMB100,000,000. Besides, the headquarter will combine administrative management and business management and build itself into the sole and only organ that  simultaneously has such functions as administrative management, marketing, settlement, investment decision-making, etc. China Hyway Group Limited is a large-scale group with diversified business, mainly engaged in international trade, logistics, international engineering, etc. Incorporated in Hong Kong in January 2008 with registered capital of HKD1,500,000,000, it has operated 16 subsidiaries (branches) at home and aboard and has invested two enterprises, i.e. Tianjin Leijun Investment Holding Co., Ltd. registered in TEDA and Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd. registered in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone.
