At 8:00 a.m. local time on June 29, 2022, Jorge Bengue, Deputy Minister of Transport of Angola, led a team with members including Énio Renato de Magalhães Costa, Chairman of the National Land Transport Agency, Manuel António Kanda Kanda, Director of the National Infrastructure Division, and João Fity Bulueli Rodrigues, Director of the Infrastructure Division of Caminho de Ferro de Luanda E.P., to inspect the "Five Stations and One Line" Project undertaken by Lei Jun-CA. Huang Hai, Lei Jun-CA's commander of the project, Liu Bao and Lin Jianhua, deputy commanders, Liu Guitao, chief engineer, Li Yong, director of safety and quality, and relevant technical personnel of the project accompanied the team throughout the process.

The deputy minister and his team first inspected the precast beam yard for the airport branch line, focusing on the general conditions of the junction station, and checked the T-beam and finished T-beam locations of the precast beam yard, and expressed full gratification and high recognition for the construction quality on the site.

From the beam yard, the deputy minister and his team went to the airport station. Having learned about our concerns about the connection location between the airport station corridor and the terminal building and about the authorization for access of on-site construction materials, the deputy minister said that he would instruct the airport authorities to coordinate and solve the problems as soon as possible and designated personnel from relevant departments to directly contact with Lei Jun-CA, demanding that all efforts should be made to ensure the project's progress.
