At 7: 00 a.m. on June 18th, 2022 in Angola, Énio Renato de Magalhães Costa, Board President, Angola Authority of Mobility and Transport (AMT), led dozens of members from leading groups of the National Franchise Economic Office and Luanda Railway Bureau to visit the construction site of the NAIL By-line Project and Vienna Station Project under construction by Lei Jun-CA Construction, Limited. 

Huang Hai, Commander of the “Five Stations and One Line” Project of New Luanda International Airport, Guo Xiaomin, Liu Bao and Liu Guitao, Deputy Commanders, Li Yong, Safety and Quality Director and related technicians were also present at the scene.

This is the first time that the new AMT's Board President has visited the project under construction of our company since the merger of Angola National Institute of Railways and Highway Traffic Design Institute in April 2022. Commander Huang introduced the general situation of the NAIL By-line Project to the visit group. Later, the visit group learned about the whole beam-fabrication process on the spot at Catete Flyover and precast beam field respectively, fully affirmed and highly appraised the work of our constructors. They pointed out that this project, as a national key project under construction, should be successfully completed and put into use within the stipulated contract period to ease traffic congestion in Luanda’s capital area. Besides, the President emphasized that all staff should go all out, and especially, staff of subordinate units should fully cooperate with the contractor to solve all problems encountered in the construction, so as to further advance the project.

At last, the visit group visited Vienna Station, which is located in Vienna, Luanda Province. Covering an area of 7,256.84 square meters, Vienna Station will become the most important railway transportation hub in the region after completion. At present, the project is in the stage of exterior wall and interior decoration. After learning the detailed construction progress, the President expressed heartfelt thanks to the on-site construction personnel on behalf of the Ministry of Transport, and put forward that the project should be completed with high standards and good quality since it is closely related to the local people’s livelihood.

The Angolan government attaches great importance to the “Five Stations and One Line” Project, which is an important supporting project of New Luanda International Airport. At present, the project has reached such a critical stage that our company has held several mobilization meetings and dispatched elite technicians to the construction site for better supervision. All employees and the construction team will, under the leadership of the project headquarters, spare no effort to finish all tasks on time with high standards.
