News of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company on January 15, 2011, 2010 Debriefing Conference of Management at Mid- and Top Level was held by China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company in Lubango, Angola. More than 40 people, including Wei Ruihai, General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, Huang Hai, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, management at mid- and top level and employee representatives, were present at the conference.

    At the conference, Xue Zhongchun, Deputy General Manager & Director of Asset Management and Sales & Marketing Department of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, Qi Feng, CFO & Director of Financial and Accounting Department, Yang Yi, General Manager Assistant & Office Director, Yuan Daikang, General Manager Assistant & Transport Team Leader, Zhang Xin, Director of Project Management and Operation, etc. firstly made a report based on their work, summarized work thinking, behavior, capacity, work style, performance, etc. in 2010 according to their own responsibilities combined with management of the department in the past year, comprehensively reported achievements made in 2010 as well as problems existed in work and the striving direction. And the management at mid-level made a report one by one. 

   After the debriefing, the participants respectively filled out performance evaluation form of management at mid- and top level in 2010 and comprehensively evaluated the reporter in the aspects of morality, capacity, attendance and performance in the past year.

   The debriefing conference is an important step to strengthen the construction of leaders and the management of China Hyway Group Limited and to establish and perfect assessment mechanism. Through work summary on the past year, everyone further recognized shortcomings and advantages of themselves, which improves ability of decision-making, management, flexibility and innovation. And it was of immediate significance to build up a management team with high quality and promote the overall sustainable development of group company.  

    At last, Wei Ruihai, General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, delivered a summary speech.
