Wei Ruihai, General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, Chief Engineer Huang Hai, Deputy General Manager Wang Huaizhi, Assistant Chief Engineer Xie Hongtai, Director of Angola Railway Bureau, Chief Engineer, person in charge of each department of Railway Bureau, Angola military leaders, head of Xamutete Town, police chief, media and journalists in Huila Province, etc., were present at the ceremony.
