News of China Hyway Group Limited on February 10, 2010, 2009 Review Meeting of China Hyway Group Limited was held at the Conference Room on the 1st floor of Beijing Anhui Tower. More than 40 people, including senior management of group company, all staff of headquarters, management at mid-level or above of China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company, external experts employed by group company, etc., were present at the meeting. 

    The meeting was held around the theme of operational transformation for the purpose of creating group company to a diversified international enterprise group with management and technique.

     Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of Group Company, delivered an important speech at the meeting. First, Mr. Liu Daiwen summarized work in 2009 and arranged work in 2010 of group company. Hu Xiangsheng and Zeng Biao, Deputy General Manager of Group Company and Wu Dabing, General Manager Assistant, respectively declared Senior Management Assignment of Group Company, 2010 Operation Plan of Group Company, Measures for Award and Punishment of Group Company and Adjustment Plan for Group Company and Subsidiary Company at the meeting. Zheng Xucheng, General Manager of the Group Company and office director, issued List of 2009 Advanced Worker and Measures for Award and Punishment of group company at the meeting.

    The meeting requires everyone to learn carefully, implement relevant documents spirits, broaden insights actively and accomplish 2010 planned target creatively. All staff shall follow the example of advanced worker to work diligently and steadfastly and be creative so as to make contributions to the development of group company with intelligence and wisdom.

    At the end of the meeting, senior management of group company respectively signed Objective Responsibility with Mr. Liu Daiwen. And Certificate Awarding Ceremony of External Experts & Theatrical Performance of Employee was held.
