At 10:00am on the morning of July 15, 2010, Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of Yangzhong Haoyunwan Expert Building invested and developed by Jiangsu Ming Chuang City Construction Co., Ltd. of China Hyway Group Limited was grandly held on the project site.
