On the afternoon of August 11, 2010, Signing Ceremony of Ethiopian Special Insurances Project under the cooperation of China Hyway Group Limited and CITIC Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as CITIC) was grandly held in Tianjin CPPCC Club. Liu Daiwen, Chairman, Hu Xiangsheng and Si Xubin, Deputy General Managers, Xu Liang, General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Materials Company; Bai Lixing, General Manager of CITIC, Wei Shaomin and Yan Jifa, General Manager Assistants; Shi Xiaoling, Head of TEDA Office; Wang Liming, Deputy Director of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Administration Commission, Zhao Xueshen, Director of Enterprise Service Bureau, and etc. attended the ceremony.

    Chairman Liu Daiwen delivered an ardent speech in the signing ceremony.      Wang Liming and Bai Lixing respectively made speeches in the ceremony. Wang Liming said that with the joint efforts for more than two decades since the establishment of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, especially with the support of enterprises like China Hyway Group Limited, we have accomplished the long-term development, and such enterprises play a leading role in Tianjin’s economic development. Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Administration Commission will further give play to its functional roles and provide the all-rounded and high-quality services for development of all enterprises. Bai Lixing emphasized that CITIC is willing to work with China Hyway Group Limited to make progress; CITIC will, under the support of the Government of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, make the best of police-oriented export insurances and support China Hyway Group Limited to continue developing tis international market.

    This signing activity laid a foundation for strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation and achieving the common development between China Hyway Group Limited and CITIC, also created a new approach for China Hyway Group Limited to actively promote the risk control and financing channel of general trade, middle and long-term projects and investment projects at the next stage.
