On October 28, 2010, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between China Hyway Group Limited and Henan Bureau of Geo-Exploration & Mineral Development was grandly held in the meeting room of Henan Bureau of Geo-Exploration & Mineral Development in Jinshui Road, Zhengzhou City. Liu Daiwen, the Chairman of the group company, Li Shiming, the General Manager Assistant and the Director of the Mines Division of the group company, Guo Hongyu, the Senior Geological Engineer of the Mines Division; Wang Jianping, the Deputy Director of Henan Bureau of Geo-Exploration & Mineral Development and other relevant leaders attended the signing ceremony.

   Chairman Liu Daiwen delivered an ardent speech in the signing ceremony. He firstly introduced the information of the group company to the present guests and friends, and then expressed his sincere hopes for the future cooperation. He said that “I hope we could make full use of our resource advantages, perform an all-rounded cooperation in the overseas mineral resources exploration and development, contracting and construction of international engineering construction projects, processing and trade of mineral products, and etc., jointly build a sharing and win-win platform, and work hard for mutual development and prosperity.”

   Deputy Director Wang Jianping expressed that Henan Bureau of Geo-Exploration & Mineral Development, with a 50 years’ glorious history and first-class geological technologies in China, acts as a main force for mineral resources exploration in Henan Province, in particular our Geological Team 2, they not only have the rich experience in mineral resources exploration, but also have made tremendous achievements in controlling and exploring a large amount of bauxite in Guinea. I am firmly convinced that we are able and confident to smoothly perform the cooperative projects together with China Hyway Group Limited, and I also believe that we will obtain the plenteous “fruits” through our joint cooperation and efforts.

    This signing has laid a solid foundation for the group company and Henan Bureau of Geo-Exploration & Mineral Development to strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation and realize the win-win development, and is of great practical significance for exploration and development of the overseas and domestic mineral resources by the group company, especially for exploration and implementation of mining project in Guinea.
