News of Hyway Group At 10:00 of February 27, 2011, Thematic Conference of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project was held at the Conference Room on the 2nd floor of Lixing Hotel located at Hujialou, No.5, Xiangjun Nanli-II, Chaoyang District, Beijing. More than 40 people, including leaders in Beijing as Liu Daiwen, Hu Xiangsheng, Zeng Biao, Si Xubin, Zheng Xucheng, Zhou Hang, Wei Ruihai, Xu Liang, Wang Jing, Luo Qinyu and Li Shiming and each department of Hyway Group, and person in charge from China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, Zhong An Lei Jun Construction Co., Ltd., Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd., Suzhou Ding Ming Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Hyway International Engineering Design Co. Ltd., were present at the meeting.

   The conference was presided over by Mr. Liu Daiwen, the Chairman and General Manager of Hyway Group, and began with the speech delivered by Mr. Wei Ruihai, General Manager of China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company. First, Mr. Wei Ruihai communicated instructions of Thematic Conference on Angola Railway Construction held by Ministry of Transport of Angola and requirements of Angola’s President Office completing Mocamedes Railway by the end of 2011, issued plan of Mocamedes Railway, assigned construction tasks of Mocamedes Railway Project in the year of 2011 to specialized branch companies and construction teams, applied to leaders and each department of China Hyway Group Limited for support  regarding to difficulties confronted during construction of Mocamedes Railway, and asked each specialized branch company and construction team to arrange personnel to construct. And then, Liu Daiwen, Chairman and General Manager of the group company, arranged relevant work of Mocamedes Railway personnel preparation, material support and production of aluminum alloy doors and windows and paint as well as cooperation and support of each department of China Hyway Group Limited, Zhong An Lei Jun Construction Co., Ltd., Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd. and Hyway International Engineering Design Co. Ltd.

   Chairman said that personnel participated in the construction of Mocamedes Railway, leaders of group company and person in charge of each department, all employees responsible for purchasing assurance of Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd. shall attach great importance to the decision of Angola’s President Office on completing Mocamedes Railway by the end of 2011, which is not only an Angola’s political task, but a problem related to our reputation and development in Angola. He hopes that everyone of the Company can make sure that Mocamedes Railway can be completed comprehensively by the end of 2011 with correct understanding and positive action. Each specialized branch company and construction group shall decompose tasks and implement responsibility, organized scientifically and arrange carefully according to the requirements of Task Assigning and Personnel Arrangement of Mocamedes Railway to accomplish construction tasks on schedule; leaders at different level shall further enhance sense of responsibility and urgency,  transform pressure into driving force, improve work positivity, activity and creativity, make an innovation and breakthrough in management as well as push the economic benefit and management level of the Group to a new stage.
