On October 31 to November 3, Liu Daiwen, the Chairman of China Hyway Group Limited led the delegation to survey Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

    On November 1, Li Rui, the Vice President of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, met Chairman Liu Daiwen and the delegation and welcomed their coming for survey. Liu Rui said that Ningxia’s economic development, national unity, social stability, resource enrichment and infrastructure construction are gradually being improved and have a good development tendency, attracting a large number of large-scale enterprises to incorporate and invest in Ningxia. Li Rui also pointed out that at present, Ningxia is fully promoting the building of Ningxia Inland open economy trial zone and Yinchuan comprehensive bonded zone; this is a significantly historical opportunity for Ningxia’s development and I hope all businesses could grasp it to invest in Ningxia and realize win-win.

    On November 2, Ma Li, the Mayor of Yinchuan City, met the delegation of China Hyway Group Limited. Wang Jiubin, a member of Yinchuan Standing Committee, the Executive Vice Mayor, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Director of Administration Committee attended the meeting. Ma Li said that Yinchuan is an important commerce and trade city along the New Eurasian Land Bridge and a central city connecting Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Shan’xi. In recent years, Yinchuan has grasped the opportunities including the Great Western Development Strategy, Development Strategy of Economic Zone along Yellow River, etc., speeded up the city building, promote the continuous and rapid development of economy and society, obviously increased the overall strength, and been conferred the honors including Civilized City, Top 10 New Cities in China, etc. Ma Li specially expressed that in September, the State Council approved to build Ningxia Inland open economy trial zone and Yinchuan comprehensive bonded zone, which made Yinchuan’s development embrace a significantly historical opportunity; now, Yinchuan is making efforts to build “China Dubai” featured with the obvious subsequent advantages and a big space for openness and cooperation. He hoped the large-scale enterprises like China Hyway Group Limited to do an in-depth survey, negotiation and cooperation, seek for the cooperative projects in the fields of commerce, trade, logistics, culture, tourism, halal food, etc., and realize the common development.

    Chairman Liu Daiwen introduced China Hyway Group Limited in the meeting, saying Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Yinchuan City are faced with the unprecedented good development opportunities and China Hyway Group Limited will, based on its actual development, accurately select the investment entry points to strengthen the cooperation with Ningxia and achieve the common prosperity.

    Accompanied by the officials from Ningxia Merchants Group, the delegation visited Yinchuan Yuehai Business District, Binhai New Area, Ningdong Chemical Industry Base, Yongning County and other economic development zones, talked and communicated with the related leaders.
