China Hyway Group Limited has convened “2013 work meeting of China Hyway Group Limited” in Suzhou Lakeside Hotel Conference Center on February 24, 2013. Attendees include senior management of theGroup CompanyCompany, persons in charge of different functional departments of the Group Company, General Managers, Executive Deputy General Managers and Chief Financial Officers from foreign subsidiaries, members of other leading groups and principal in charge of different functional departments of foreign subsidiaries who were taking vacation domestically, and general management and professionals from Suzhou office of general headquarters. In the meeting, senior management of the Group Company made annual work report; members of the leading group from the Group Company respectively declared [2013] 01—10 documents of China Hyway Group Limited; and Chairman Liu Daiwen signed the 2013 Objective Responsibilities of Senior Management and delivered the Annual Work Report of China Hyway Group Limited.
    The Annual Work Report of China Hyway Group Limited drew a conclusion on 2018 achievements of the Group Company from 8 aspects, i.e. business operation, enterprise culture and system establishment, administrative management and legal affairs, human resources management, financial management, supervision & audit, management system certification and the Party and Youth League Organizations building, and provided insightful comments on existing problems.
