From July 18 to July 21, the Group Company held the 2013 Fresh Graduates Induction Training in Vienna Hotel, Suzhou.
    Fresh graduates who participated in this training are from over 20 colleges and universities and 15 majors covering industrial and civil construction, road and bridge, resource exploration engineering, construction cost, international economics and trade, surveying and mapping engineering, English, etc.
    The training courses provide all-round introduction of the Group Companyand training of necessary skills, including the culture, development history, prospective planning, project management, financial management, “three systems” standard, foreign business etiquette, practical English, information management, enterprise rules and systems, etc.
     All trainees were enthusiastic at the training. Each course, they took notes carefully and took the initiative to interact with the instructor. It turned out that training lived up to the expectations.
     This training wassupported by Liu Daiwen, Chairman and General Manager of the Group Company, and other senior officers of the Group Company. Related leaders found time to attend the completion ceremony of the training class on the afternoon of July 21 and met and communicated with the new employees.
