Delegation led by Angola’s Minister of Transport Cut the Ribbon for Completion of Railway Stations b

    On October 25, 2013,  the delegation, including Angola’s Minister of Transport—Augusto da Silva Tomás, President of Angola Academy of Railway Sciences, Governor of Namibe Province, Head of Mocamedes Railway Bureau—Daniel Quipaxel and other provincial officials cut the ribbons for Bridge Iravul,Mirapraia,Munhino,Garganta,Humbia,Nangombestations built by China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company.

   In the morning of the 25th, our representatives, including Chief Engineer & Executive Deputy General Manager—Huang Hai, Deputy General Managers—He Tingjin and Fang Changlu, General Manager Assistant—Yang Yi, Director of the General Office—Li Mi and other officers from China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company, came to the Namibe Railway Station. Outside the station, flags were waving and local people were singing and dancing to welcome the delegation led by the Minister of Transport. At 11:20, the delegation arrived among cheer and applause of the local people. They shook hands with our representatives and Huanghai, Chief Engineer & Executive Deputy General Manager, extended greetings to the Minister of Transport on behalf of Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of  China Hyway Group Limited Mocamedes Railway Project Company.  At 11:30, delegation led by the Minister of Transport took the train from the Namibe Railway Station. During the journey, the Minister expressed satisfaction toward the railway building, train operation and inside facilities. At 12:25, the Minister of Transport and Governor of Namibe cut the ribbon for MirapraiaRailway Station built by our company accompanying the singing of local people and later, visited the station hall. The Head of Station Bureau accompanying the delegation introduced the station structure and facility deployment to the Minister who felt satisfied with the newly built station. At 7:30 P.M., the delegation arrived at the last station—Nangombeand attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony in the heavy rain.
