Supporting Angola’s Blue Economy｜Minister of Fisheries Commends Our Company’s Fisheries Training Center Project

On January 17, 2026, Angola time, Her Excellency Carmen dos Santos, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources of the Republic of Angola, accompanied by Álvaro da Cunha Cândido dos Santos, Secretary of State for Fisheries and Marine Resources, and Esperança Domingos Rodrigues, First Vice-Governor of Cuanza Norte Province, visited Cuanza Norte Province to inspect the Fisheries Training Center Project constructed by our Group company Lei Jun-CA Construction, Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Lei Jun-CA”). The project covers a total area of approximately 4,550 square meters, including a fish processing area, administrative zone, laboratories, and two fishing boat docks. It is equipped with a full-cycle seafood processing line, capable of providing professional training in seafood processing and quality safety, laying a foundation for building a talent engine for the sustainable development of Angola’s fisheries. Mr. Wei Ruihai, Vice President of the Group, and Mr. Zhu Xisong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the First Business Division, among others, accompanied the visit throughout.

Her Excellency inspected the teaching areas and training docks on-site, received briefings on the project construction plan and progress, and held an on-site working meeting. She highly praised Lei Jun-CA and its parent company, China Hyway, for their professionalism and commitment to performance, expressed gratitude to our project management team for overcoming difficulties and actively advancing construction, and requested that the project be completed on schedule.

Mr. Wei Ruihai, Vice President of the Group, on behalf of the Group and the project team, expressed a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Her Excellency for her guidance and presence. He stated that Hyway Group and its subsidiary Lei Jun-CA fully understand the significance of this project for the development of Angola’s fisheries and will spare no effort to advance its construction.
