Boost Quality & Accelerate Growth in Overseas Markets: Chairman Liu Jiekun Conducts Inspection Tour of the Commercial and Residential Complex Project in Malaysia

From July 7 to 8, 2026 (Beijing Time), China Hyway Chairman Liu Jiekun led a delegation to visit PEN STONE SDN. BHD. ('PEN STONE') in Malaysia. During the visit, he reviewed the company’s operations, management status, and key project construction progress, and conducted an on-site inspection of the Emart Commercial and Residential Complex Project in Bintulu. Si Xubin, Vice President of China Hyway, and Huang Haiqing, Deputy CEO of GREENVERSE HOLDING SDN. BHD., accompanied the Chairman on the trip, alongside other senior executives.

Upon arriving at PEN STONE on the evening of July 7, Chairman Liu immediately attended a briefing covering the company’s operating performance for the first half of 2026, work plans for the second half of 2026, and progress of its flagship projects. Against the backdrop of prevailing market conditions, he outlined core priorities for the next phase of operations.

On July 8, Chairman Liu and his delegation visited the construction site of the Emart Commercial and Residential Complex in Bintulu. Accompanied by PEN STONE’s management team, they toured the site jointly with Ngu Ting Sii, Managing Director of Emart (the Employer), and gained detailed insights into construction schedules, quality and safety control systems, and subsequent construction arrangements. Following the site tour, a dedicated meeting was held with Emart’s senior management. Both parties discussed project delivery milestones and long-term strategic cooperation, reaching a consensus on collaborative execution and mutual development.

Chairman Liu emphasized that the Emart Project is a benchmark development for PEN STONE in Malaysia. He urged the project team to focus on high-standard contract performance, leveraging their expertise to meet stringent quality standards and build a solid foundation for future bilateral cooperation.

Ngu Ting Sii, Managing Director of Emart, highly commended the team’s standardized site management and efficient execution, expressing his commitment to sustained collaboration to deliver a safe, high-quality landmark project and achieve mutually beneficial results.
