On June 11, the opening ceremony of the 16th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum & Exhibition was held. Cen Haohui, Chief Executive of Macao Special Administrative Region, Zheng Xincong, Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao, Liu Xianfa, Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Macao, Dai Jianye, Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, Gu Gang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province, Liu Yong, Vice Governor of Yunnan Province, Yang Yue, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and others attended the opening ceremony. This forum brought together nearly 70 ministerial officials from more than 70 countries and regions, as well as more than 3,500 representatives including global infrastructure professionals. Focusing on hot and cutting-edge topics such as regional integration of infrastructure, energy transformation, and intelligent construction, the forum aims to jointly create a new development situation of 'better interconnection and more win-win cooperation' in global infrastructure.

It is reported that in 2024, the turnover of China's overseas contracted projects exceeded USD 160 billion, maintaining a growth rate of more than 3%. The value of newly signed contracts reached USD 267.3 billion, hitting a record high. A number of large-scale projects have been put into operation or are progressing smoothly, becoming landmark projects for the joint construction of the 'Belt and Road' interconnection network.

In the exhibition venue covering an area of 8,000 m2, the Group Company brought the Moçâmedes Railway Project in Angola and the self-built base in Luanda, Angola, as representative projects of enterprises in the Tianjin Pavilion, and exhibited together with more than 80 other Fortune 500 companies, the world's largest 250 international contractors (ENR250), industry chain leaders and Macao and Hengqin companies. With the help of the display and exchange platform built by this Forum, multi-party cooperation in the field of infrastructure construction was promoted.
