Rooted in Africa, Embarking on a New Journey | Grand Unveiling Ceremony of the New Luanda Headquarters Building Successfully Held

On May 8, 2025, local time in Angola, the grand opening and inauguration ceremony of the new office building at the Group's Luanda headquarters was held.

Distinguished guests from various organizations and associations, including the Angolan Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Fisheries and Sea, Luanda Railway Company (CFL), Cacuaco Municipality in Luanda Province, Angola Agricultural Development Support Foundation, East Moxico Provincial Police Department, Party in power MPLA, and Chinese Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Angola, attended the ceremony. Additionally, Liu Daiwen, President of the group company, Wei Ruihai, Vice President, and approximately 160 managers at various levels working in Angola participated in the event.

At 9:00 a.m., guests arrived at the site, and dancers warmly welcomed them with vibrant and spirited performances, which infused the ceremony with a rich African ambiance.

At 10:58 am, Fan Juntao, President of the Chinese Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Angola, and Liu Daiwen, President of the Group Company,  jointly unveiled the plaque for the new office building. Prominently displayed in the lobby on the first floor are bronze nameplates of four companies: Lei Jun-CA Construction, Limited, Wulongbi Integrated Agriculture Co., Ltd., Breca Trading Co., Ltd., and Leiwa Mining Co., Ltd. This moment marks a new chapter for China Hyway, symbolizing its continued commitment to the philosophy of 'Rooted in Africa, Serving Africa' and its dedication to diversified development across multiple sectors, including engineering contracting, integrated agriculture, energy and mineral resources, and trade and logistics.

President Liu Daiwen delivered a speech, extending a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the leaders, guests, and friends from various sectors who attended the unveiling ceremony and have consistently supported the Company's business endeavors over the years. The President reflected on China Hyway's nearly 20 years of development and achievements in Angola. The unveiling of the new office building in Luanda marks a significant new milestone for the Company's development. The Luanda headquarters base is situated adjacent to the highway in Cacuaco Municipality, offering highly convenient transportation and well-equipped security facilities. The new office building covers a total floor area of 5,723.56 square meters, stands 7 stories tall, and is equipped with a central air-conditioning system, elevators, multifunctional conference halls, banquet halls, and an intelligent office platform.
