Hand in hand for win-win cooperation

On September 24, 2024, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu hosted a grand reception to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia. The event was attended by Juhar Mahiruddin, Head of State of Sabah, and his wife; Hajiji, Chief Minister of Sabah, and his wife; dignitaries from Sabah; representatives from government departments; overseas Chinese in the consular district; representatives from business and education sector and Chinese-funded institutions; and international students. Wang Moguang, General Manager of Malaysia Branch of China Hyway, and Zhang Xiaoyun, the Office Director, were invited to attend.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, signifying that friendly cooperation between the two countries has entered a new stage. Since establishing our presence in Malaysia ten years ago, our company has actively pursued the national Belt and Road Initiative by participating in the construction of several important projects in Sabah, including commercial office buildings, hotels, and high-rise residential buildings. At the same time, we have been proactive in social responsibility efforts, promoting long-term cooperation and development between China and Malaysia.

During this celebration, Huang Shifang, the Consul General of China in Kota Kinabalu, presented our company with a commemorative album marking the 50th anniversary of China-Malaysia diplomatic relations, thanking our company for actively promoting China-Malaysia relations and for strongly supporting this event.

In the future, our company will continue to uphold the philosophy of "working together for mutual benefit," further developing in the Malaysian market, continuously expanding areas of cooperation, and contributing more to the prosperity and friendship between China and Malaysia.
