The 11 villas of Shandong Hi-Speed Base A Project undertaken by the South Sudan Branch of China Hyway Group were successfully topped off on June 7, 2015, half a month ahead of the planned construction period. On the same day, Zhang Bin, General Manager of Shandong Hi-Speed, personally visited the construction site to express his warm congratulations. It took only 6 months from the start of construction to the completion of the building's topping-off.
