On October 21, 2014, in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Khalifa Al Jallaf (png), President of OCEANS Holding, along with officials from South Sudan's Ministry of Internal Affairs, visited the base of China Hyway Group Limited's South Sudan branch to investigate the site construction, personnel, machinery, and equipment. They expressed strong confidence in the group company's investments and strategic vision for the South Sudan branch. Mr. Khalifa Al Jallaf stated that they would seek to collaborate with us on as many projects as possible in South Sudan in the future.
