China Hyway Reaches a Strategic Partnership Consensus with Ocean Holding Company in Abu Dhabi and Establishes a Representative Office There

On September 17, 2014, Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of China Hyway Group Limited, held talks with Mr. Khalifa Al Jallaf, President of Ocean Holding Company in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates, and both sides reached a consensus on strategic partnership.

In the future, both parties will cooperate in the development of oil and gas field blocks, infrastructure, schools, residences, and other construction projects in Abu Dhabi; cooperate in oil and gas blocks, minerals, infrastructure construction, and other projects in Chad, Sudan, South Sudan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and other African countries; and export basic energies such as crude oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and liquefied natural gas to the Chinese market and cooperate in joint development and construction of liquid chemical dock storage tanks for crude oil and liquefied petroleum gas in China. Chairman Liu Daiwen said that Hyway Group will set up a representative office in Abu Dhabi to lay the foundation for bilateral cooperation.
