Chinastock-With two years of rapid development, the internal and external expansion of Chinese high-speed rail is stronger and stronger; “Go Global” of China’s High-Speed Rail can not only consume the overcapacity of related industries but also bring growth momentum for Chinese economic transformation. 

    Reported by Xinhua News on January 26-foreign media commented that the ambitious plan of China is to connect the global with railways. What Chinese done is making such blueprint come true gradually.

     Asia and surrounding areas-China plans to construct a connectivity railway. In order to serve “Road and Belt” Initiative, China plans to construct a railway across Southeast Asia and directly accessing Malaysia and Singapore; for Silk Road Economic Belt, China plans to construct a high-speed railway connecting Central Asia and Europe. China and Thailand have reached agreement on railway cooperation; the cooperation with Laos in railway enters into the final stage; China has signed inter-government cooperation documents with India, identifying the fields and action plans for China-India railway cooperation; China–Pakistan Economic Corridor and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor are under planning and railway network connectivity plan may be developed.

    Africa-Railways are constructed under Chinese standards across the country. From West Africa to East Africa, the “iron dragon” constructed by China will connect many African countries. Angolan Benguela Railway was completed in 2014; in Nigeria, Abuja-Kaduna railway was laid and coastal railway contracts were signed; Ethiopia-Djibouti railway is laying.

     Europe-Railways constructed by China appear. The second phase of Ankara–Istanbul high-speed railway - the first high-speed railway of 250km/h constructed by Chinese enterprises overseas was put into operation successfully; China and Russia have reached a preliminary consensus on and signed cooperation documents for high-speed railway cooperation; efforts will be made to promote the cooperation of railway projects between China-Eastern Europe and China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan.

   America - Chinese enterprises are expected to find a way out of stalemate. China, Brazil and Peru has establish “Twin Ocean Railroad” joint working group;  the consortia with China Railway as the leader is communicating with America in respect to the express railroad project in the west of America; though Mexico High-speed Railway Project is suspended temporarily, Chinese enterprises will take part in the new round of bidding.
