Opening Ceremony

On July 6, 2019, Luanda Time of Angola, the opening ceremony of the first Angolan Chinese "National Day Celebration Cup" football tournament, hosted by the Angola Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and co-organized by the Angolan China Chamber of Commerce, was held at the AFA Stadium in Luanda. Yang Gang, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Angola, and Chen Zhihao, President of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, delivered speeches. Counselor Yang Gang kicked off the opening match. More than 200 people including players, fans and cheerleaders came and watched the opening ceremony. The Group Company and the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce jointly formed the "Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce China Hyway United Team" to participate in this game.

Vibrant Competition

The competition adopted a one-cycle match, carried out the ranking competition, and entered the finals according to the points ranking. In the round matches, our team won the third place with five wins and three losses. The final match kicked off at the AFA Stadium in Luanda on August 11th. Although China Hyway United Team lost the third place with a 0:2 score and ranked fourth. Nevertheless, as long as we performed the spirit of hard work and kept struggling as always, we would be able to achieve better results on the field in future.

Closing Ceremony

Gong Tao, Chinese Ambassador to Angola, Li Yongjun, Business Counselor, Yang Gang, Consul Counselor and Wei Ruihai, China Hyway Group Limited and other leader representatives of Chinese enterprises were invited to attend the closing ceremony. Ambassador Gong made speech in the closing speech that the football match was organized in an orderly manner and the competition was brilliant performed. It reflected the spirit of active, united, friendly and close collaboration among the overseas Chinese groups. It opened a series of preludes about 70^th anniversary celebration of the foundation of the new China in the Overseas Chinese Community of Angola.

Wei Ruihai, Vice President of China Hyway Group Limited, awarded trophies and prizes to Liu Bo, the 11th player of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who won the best player.
