Work Meeting of China Hyway Group Limited and Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp. Ltd. in the First Half of 2017

   On August 20, 2017, the work meeting of China Hyway Group Limited and Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp. Ltd. in the first half of 2017 was held at Tianjin Mayfair Hotel.  The meeting was presided over by Hu Jiaming, Executive Vice President of Hyway Group; there were 78 participants including the Chairman and the leading group of Hyway Group and managers of domestic and abroad subsidiaries/branches, department managers and some business backbone attended the meeting.

   The manager of each unit summarized the achievements made in 2016 and the first half of 2017, analyzed problems and gave solutions and put forward ideas on “3rd Five-Year Planning” of Hyway Group.

   Hu Jiaming, Executive Vice President of Hyway Group, praised the achievements made in information construction, system modification and publicizing and implementation, and stressed that the implementation of “Luanda Light-rail Project” is of significance to Hyway Group.  Mr. Hu analyzed the Company’s conditions and market situations from operation management and risk prevention and control; and pointed out that “scientific development and seeking truth from facts” should be adopted to guide the operation and management of the Company; efforts should be made to reform the HR system perfect the organization structure and OA system for joint work and strict post responsibility system as well as well manage the three business fields; and hopes that the staff should follow the principle of “Scientific and Practical Manner, Making Progress while Maintaining Stability” keep up with the development pace and grow together with Hyway Group. 
   Mr. Si Xubin, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hyway Group, made a report on the financial work of the Company. Mr. Si summarized the achievements and problems in financial work, put forward requirements for future financial work and arranged and deployed related financial management work.

   The Chairman Liu Daiwen reviewed the development history of Hyway Group, experience and lessons accumulated during the “2nd Five-Year Planning”, and expressed his thanks to all staff for their contribution in the Company development. The Chairman stressed the purpose and significance of joint work of Hyway Group and Oubaiwei; approved the documents and decisions adopted at this meeting on appointment and dismission, operation objectives, etc., and asked the staff to implement strictly. Besides, the Chairman defined the direction and put forward the objectives for the “3rd Five-Year Planning” around the corner. Finally, the Chairman called on the staff to improve themselves, work step by step, bring Hyway Group to a new high and work together to make Hyway Group more powerful and stronger.

   During the meeting, the Chairman made and entered into 2017-2018 Target-oriented Responsibility Contract with the manager of each unit, and made and entered into new employment contract with Hyway Group’s leaders, department managers and manager of each unit. 3.jpg

Finally, the meeting was closed successfully! Looking forward to 2018, all staff share the same goals, are confident and look forward to a brighter future of Hyway Group.
