On June 6, 2016, “Forum on Global Production Capacity Cooperation-African Session” was held in Wuhan.Hu Jiaming, Vice President, and Li Jun, Deputy General Manager of Engineering Division attended the forum at the invitation. The largest sub-forum “African Session” was undertaken by China-Africa Business Council and China-Africa Development Fund; Shi Jiyang, Chairman of China-Africa Development Fund, Zhang Huarong & Wang Li, Vice Directors of China-Africa Business Council, and Yin Yiqiao, Leader of A Preparatory Group for the General Election of Hubei Provincial China-Africa Business Council, attended the session and delivered speeches. Xu Kezhen, Vice-governor of Hubei Province, Lin Songtian, Director-General of the Department of African Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Li Dongwei, General Manager of China-Africa Development Fund Office in East and North Africa, gave speeches. More than 100 government officials and Ambassadors to China from over 20 African countries, including Angola’s Economy Minister, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Ghana, Zimbabwe Ambassador to China, Minister of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security of Cote d'Ivoire, and Director-General of the Ministry of Technology of Mozambique, attended the meeting.
