February 19, 2019 witnessed the grand opening of Tenth Anniversary Celebration & 2018 Annual Working Conference of the Group Company in Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Centre.

On November 5, 2018, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Hyway Group and China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing.

Forum on China-Africa Cooperation was held in Beijing on September 3, 2018. Mr. Liu Daiwen, Chairman of Hyway Group, took part in the High-Level Dialogue Between Chinese-African Leaders and Business Representatives & Sixth Conference of Chinese-African Entrepreneurs on invitation on behalf of the Group.

On August 10, 2018, Mr. Si Xubin, Vice President of Hyway Group, paid a visit to Mr. João Salvador dos Santos Neto, new Angola ambassador to China, and had a pleasant meeting.

On the morning of July 28, 2018, Angola’s new Transport Minister Ricardo de Abreu, accompanied by Wei Ruihai, Vice President of Hyway Group, and some leaders and officers, visited the construction site of five stations of Luanda railway and NAIL by-line jointly constructed by Hyway Group and Tianjin Oubaiwei.

This year, China has approved 7 regional development plans that become national strategies, which is the sum of plans approved in the past 4 years.

In recent years, in order to help Chinese enterprises implement the “go global” strategy to expand international market and look for opportunities and directions, Primer Li Keqiang pointed out in Davos Forum that China will promote the liberalization and convenience of trade and investment, vigorously advance the “Belt and Road” initiation and encourage Chinese enterprises especially excellent small and medium-sized enterprises to go global.

On October 30, Mocamedes Railway constructed by China Hyway Group Limited in Angola was officially delivered to Angola government after two years of maintenance and operation support. About several hundred people including Angola’s Transport Minister Tomás and local government representatives as well as Chairman Liu Daiwen and Vice President Wei Ruihai of China Hyway Group Limited attended the delivery ceremony at Lubango, a city in the south of Angola.

On August 20, 2017, the work meeting of China Hyway Group Limited and Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp. Ltd. in the first half of 2017 was held at Tianjin Mayfair Hotel.
