The KKIP affordable housing project in Sabah, Malaysia will be constructed in three phases with a total area of about 182,000 square meters. At present, the first phase (currently under construction) covers an areas of 69,000 square meters around, including eight buildings, 16 floors and a 6-floor centralized parking building. It is totally 2,171 units. For now, the project is in the stage of completion of bored pile construction, temporary construction and underground structure design of residential buildings.

​On March 19, local time, a grand opening ceremony was held for the starting service of Belgrade - Novi Sad section of the Hungary-Serbia railway that our company participated in construction. Serbian President Vučić, Prime Minister Brnabić, Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán, the Serbian government including several cabinet members, the general contractor China Railway International Co., Ltd. and representatives of all participating units attended the opening ceremony.
